You will be redirected to our Facebook chat. Simply send us the product name(s) and quantity you'd like to order. Well send you a summary link with your order details. Once confirmed, you can proceed with payment using the available options shown in the link.
 
1.2 Order via Line

You will be redirected to our official Line account. Just like ordering through Facebook, let us know the item(s) and quantity, and well send you a link to confirm and complete your payment.
 
1.3 Order via TikTok Shop
Currently unavailable. Well announce once this channel is ready to launch.

2.1 Order with Website Membership
Registering as a member allows you to track orders more easily, collect reward points, and receive exclusive offers and event updates. To register, simply click here: Register After completing your registration, please make sure to add your shipping address and phone number under your account settings. Don't forget to save your username and password! If you forget your password, just click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it.
 
2.2 Order without Website Membership
No account? No problem. You can place an order without signing up. Just follow the standard checkout process. When prompted, enter your shipping details, and the system will save your address along with your order number.
2. Payment Methods – How to Pay, How Many Options, and Is It Safe?
We offer multiple convenient and secure payment methods to suit your needs.
All payment channels are protected with industry-standard security to ensure your information is safe.
3. Shipping Schedule (Domestic Orders)

Once your payment has been completed via your selected method, the system will automatically notify us of your transaction.

> If payment confirmation is received before 12:00 PM, we will ship your order in the afternoon on the same day, before the courier picks up for the daily dispatch.

> If payment confirmation is received after 12:00 PM, we will still prepare and ship your order later that day. However, it may miss the couriers pickup deadline, meaning your parcel will be collected and routed to the sorting center on the following business day.

Courier Pickup Deadline refers to the time when couriers collect packages from local drop-off points to send them to regional sorting centers for further distribution.

Orders placed after the pickup cutoff will begin processing the next day.

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, well notify you in advance if there's any delay or if we're able to ship earlier than scheduled.

4. Product Warranty – What Are the Terms? (Domestic Orders)

Most products on our website fall under one of 2 types of warranty coverage:

1. Warranty Provided by the Brand / Manufacturer / Distributor / Authorized Dealer
Products listed under this type of warranty will have specific conditions outlined on the product detail page. Simply click the "Warranty" tab next to the product description to view the terms and coverage period clearly stated by the brand or distributor.

2. General Warranty by Armatha (14 Days)
If a product does not include a brand-specific warranty as described above, Armatha offers a general 14-day warranty under the following conditions:

 The product has manufacturing defects or quality control issues
 The product received is incorrect or does not match the description


To qualify for a claim under this general warranty:

 The customer must return the item along with its original box and all included accessories, in unused condition.
 Armatha will inspect and verify the issue within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
 Customers are required to record an unboxing video when opening the parcel upon delivery. This video serves as preliminary proof that the package was unopened prior to inspection.
