Terms and Conditions (Domestic Orders)
You agree to comply with all guidelines, instructions, operating procedures, policies, and directives regarding the purchase of products through this platform, including any amendments or updates made by us. Once such changes are published on the platform, they are considered acknowledged and binding. These terms and conditions apply solely to orders, payments, and other actions conducted between you and the seller.

1. Products and Orders
1.1 Product purchase agreements are made directly between you and the seller. You accept all product details and pricing before placing your order.

1.2 You acknowledge the sellers best efforts in providing accurate product information. Neither we nor the seller guarantee that such details will be error-free, up-to-date, or entirely accurate.

1.3 Orders, once paid, are deemed final and non-reversible. The seller may process your order without further consent. In some cases, you may request a cancellation or modification, but the seller is not obligated to fulfill such requests.

1.4 The seller is only obligated to deliver goods as per the general product description, whether or not specific or customized details were mentioned. Any special or customized claims are considered the seller's opinion and not a product guarantee.

1.5 For Chat to Order (Bill Order) services, if another customer completes payment first, the product will go to that customer, even if your request came earlier. This is due to potential service delays during high-demand periods. We are not liable for any resulting damages.

2. Payment and Refunds
2.1 You agree to make payments using legally authorized credit or debit cards.

2.2 You shall not cancel your payment unless the seller fails to fulfill the order or delivers a product significantly different from the description, subject to the sellers assessment.

2.3 Refunds can only be initiated by the seller and will be processed through the original payment method to the original payee.

2.4 Refund processing times depend on banks and/or payment providers. Timely refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping
3.1 Two delivery methods are available: (1) express delivery via messenger in Greater Bangkok and (2) standard delivery via national couriers.

3.2 For express delivery, the customer pays actual shipping costs. If unpaid, the seller will cover the cost first and later collect it with 5% interest.

3.3 The seller may deny express delivery if the product is unsuitable for that method.

3.4 Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

3.5 The seller reserves the right to choose the shipping provider unless otherwise agreed. If the customers preferred provider risks compromising delivery, the seller may decline that request.

3.6 Delivery times may vary based on holidays or courier operations. Estimated times are not guaranteed.

3.7 If damage occurs during delivery due to the couriers fault, the customer must report it within 7 days. The customer must ensure proper receipt conditions even when unavailable. If damage results from improper receiving conditions, the customer waives the right to claim.

4. Warranty Conditions
4.1 There are two types of warranties: (1) Specific warranties from manufacturers, distributors, or importers. Conditions will be stated in the product details. (2) General warranties: If no specific warranty is provided, the product is covered for 14 days from receipt.

4.2 For specific warranties, customers may claim directly with the provider or through us. Disputes must be resolved between the provider and the customer.

4.3 For general warranties, coverage includes manufacturing defects, failed QC, incorrect items, or items not matching the description. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Claims will be assessed within 15 business days of receipt.

4.4 Return shipment must occur within the warranty period, even if the item has not yet reached us.

4.5 Complimentary items are not covered by any warranty and are non-returnable.

4.6 Customers must record a video of the unboxing process. Claims for QC issues, defects, or missing items without video proof will be denied unless the issue is undeniably evident.

4.7 Warranty is void if the item is misused, intentionally damaged during testing, or altered.
 

5. Waivers Any waiver or forbearance by the seller in exercising any rights or remedies shall apply only to the specific instance and shall not constitute a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other rights or remedies in other circumstances.

The sellers failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy, or the granting of time extensions to any customer, shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy. It shall not prejudice or limit the sellers rights in the future.

Partial enforcement or waiver of a right in one instance shall not be interpreted as a waiver of other rights or future claims. The seller retains the full right to exercise or enforce any other rights not previously waived.

Product Exchange / Return Policy (Domestic Orders)
1. This policy must not conflict with any applicable product warranty. If a product is covered by a manufacturers or distributors warranty, their warranty terms shall prevail.

2. For products under the ARMATHA DEFENSE brand or those without external warranty coverage, the exchange/return policy is as follows:
2.1 If the product is damaged during shipping due to the couriers fault and the customer prepared a proper receiving location, the product may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
2.2 If the product has manufacturing defects, failed QC, incorrect delivery, or does not match its description, the product may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
2.3 If identical products are unavailable, substitution with another product of similar value is possible, with refund or additional charge based on the price difference.
2.4 Claims must be submitted during business hours only.
2.5 We initially cover shipping for eligible exchanges/returns. Customers may claim reimbursement for actual courier costs, excluding unrelated charges. If covered by warranty, return shipping for replacements will be free. If not covered, the customer bears all shipping costs.
2.6 Items may be returned via courier or delivered in person to the provided address.
2.7 Returned products must be in original condition with tags, packaging, receipts, and any items included in the shipment. Boxes must be opened in the same manner as received. Intentional tampering or disguised box opening voids eligibility.
2.8 Upon successful processing of a return/exchange, the new item or refund (or surcharge request) will be issued within 12 business days.
